Умови користування
Цей документ визначає умови та умови («Умови»), згідно з якими користувачі («Користувач» чи «ви») можуть отримувати доступ та використовувати додаток для аутентифікації Facebook («Додаток»), наданий «ПП Застава ПЛЮС» з метою інтеграції аутентифікації Facebook на сторінці оплати постачальника послуг Інтернет-послуг (ISP) («Сервіс»).
Отримуючи доступ чи використовуючи Додаток, ви погоджуєтеся дотримуватися цих Умов. Якщо ви не згодні з цими Умовами, будь ласка, не використовуйте Додаток.
Прийняття умов
Отримуючи доступ чи використовуючи Додаток, ви визнаєте, що прочитали, зрозуміли та погоджуєтеся дотримуватися цих Умов. Якщо ви використовуєте Додаток від імені організації, ви заявляєте і гарантуєте, що у вас є повноваження зобов’язати цю організацію до цих Умов.
Використання Додатку
Ви можете використовувати Додаток виключно для інтеграції аутентифікації Facebook на вашу сторінку оплати постачальника послуг Інтернет-послуг. Ви погоджуєтеся не використовувати Додаток для будь-яких незаконних чи несанкціонованих цілей. Ви також погоджуєтеся не:
a. Порушувати будь-які чинні закони, нормативи або права третіх осіб.
b. Намагатися втручатися чи руйнувати цілісність чи продуктивність Додатку.
c. Намагатися отримати несанкціонований доступ до Додатку або його пов’язаних систем чи мереж.
d. Використовувати Додаток для будь-яких цілей, що виходять за межі його призначення.
Аутентифікація Facebook
Додаток надає функціонал для інтеграції аутентифікації Facebook на вашу сторінку оплати постачальника послуг Інтернет-послуг. Ви розумієте та погоджуєтеся, що Умови обслуговування та політика конфіденційності Facebook також застосовуються до вашого використання Додатку. Вам необхідно дотримуватися політик Facebook.
Безпека даних та конфіденційність
Ви єдинодумцем за безпеку та конфіденційність даних користувачів, зібраних через Додаток, включаючи будь-які дані користувачів Facebook. Ви погоджуєтеся впроваджувати та підтримувати відповідні заходи безпеки для захисту таких даних та дотримуватися всіх чинних законів щодо захисту даних.
Інтелектуальна власність
Ви визнаєте, що «ПП Застава ПЛЮС» володіє всіма правами, назвами та інтересами щодо Додатку, включаючи всі права інтелектуальної власності. Ви погоджуєтеся не відтворювати, розповсюджувати чи створювати похідні твори на основі Додатку без попередньої письмової згоди «ПП Застава ПЛЮС».
Завершення
«ПП Застава ПЛЮС» може, за своєю власною ухвалою, припинити або призупинити ваш доступ до Додатку у будь-який час та за будь-якої причини, включаючи порушення вами цих Умов.
Зміни в Умовах
«ПП Застава ПЛЮС» залишає за собою право оновлювати або змінювати ці Умови у будь-який момент. Ви несете відповідальність за регулярне переглядання цих Умов. Ваше подальше використання Додатка після будь-яких таких змін означає вашу згоду з оновленими Умовами.
Обмеження відповідальності
На повний обсяг, дозволений законом, «ПП Застава ПЛЮС» не несе відповідальності за будь-які непрямі, випадкові, спеціальні, косвенні чи карні збитки, або будь-який втрати прибутку чи доходів, чи то виникли безпосередньо, чи опосередковано.
Закон, що регулює
Ці Умови керуються і тлумачаться відповідно до законів України, незалежно від її принципів конфлікту законів.

Terms of Service
This document outlines the terms and conditions («Terms») under which users («User» or «you») may access and use the Facebook Authentication App («App») provided by «PP Zastava PLUS» for the purpose of integrating Facebook authentication into an Internet Service Provider (ISP) billing web page («Service»).
By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Use of the App
You may use the App solely for the purpose of integrating Facebook authentication into your ISP billing web page. You agree not to use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose. You also agree not to:
a. Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
b. Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App.
c. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its related systems or networks.
d. Use the App for any purpose that is beyond the scope of its intended use.
Facebook Authentication
The App provides functionality for integrating Facebook authentication into your ISP billing web page. You understand and agree that Facebook’s terms of service and privacy policy also apply to your use of the App. It is your responsibility to comply with Facebook’s policies.
Data Security and Privacy
You are solely responsible for the security and privacy of user data collected through the App, including any Facebook user data. You agree to implement and maintain appropriate security measures to protect such data and to comply with all applicable data protection laws.
Intellectual Property
You acknowledge that «PP Zastava PLUS» owns all rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without «PP Zastava PLUS»‘s prior written consent.
Termination
«PP Zastava PLUS» may, in its sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time and for any reason, including if you violate these Terms.
Changes to Terms
«PP Zastava PLUS» reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, «PP Zastava PLUS» shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
